At Deliveroo Packaging, we want to ensure your food service business has the right supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Ensure all food containers, cutlery, or bags are unused and in their original, unopened sleeves to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
